يعلن أمين الإفلاس عبيد بن عبدالرؤوف عابد عن الحكم الصادر عن دائرة الاستئناف (الخامسة) في المحكمة التجارية بالرياض في دعوى رقم (474005835) لعام 1447هـ بتاريخ 1447/10/19هـ، القاضي بالآتي:

أولًا: نقض الحكم الصادر عن الدائرة (الرابعة) في المحكمة التجارية بجدة في دعوى رقم (461002893) لعام 1446هـ، القاضي برفض طلب افتتاح إجراء التصفية وافتتاح إجراء التصفية الإدارية للشركة العربية لخدمة الطائرات المحدودة، سجل تجاري رقم (4030028383).

ثانيًا: افتتاح إجراء التصفية للشركة العربية لخدمة الطائرات المحدودة، سجل تجاري رقم (4030028383)، ويدعو الدائنين إلى تقديم مطالباتهم خلال مدة لا تزيد على (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ الإعلان الذي تم على موقع اللجنة يوم 12-04-2026

Bankruptcy Trustee Obaid bin Abdulraouf Abed announces the ruling issued by the Fifth Appellate Department of the Commercial Court in Riyadh in Case No. (474005835) of 1447 AH, dated 19/10/1447 AH, which stipulates the following:

First: The ruling issued by the Fourth Department  of the Commercial Court in Jeddah in Case No. (461002893) of 1446 AH, which rejected the request to initiate liquidation proceedings and to commence administrative liquidation proceedings for the Arab Aircraft Services Company Limited, Commercial Registration No. (4030028383), is overturned.

Second: Liquidation proceedings are commenced for the Arab Aircraft Services Company Limited, Commercial Registration No. (4030028383). Creditors are invited to submit their claims within a period not exceeding (ninety) days from the date of this announcement, which was published on the committee’s website on 12/04/2026.
